Good service and better treatment there were no people, the attention was fast

I am very upset😠, because I am going with the intention of buying some batteries for the hearing aid because it is at a 45% discount and the cost said $130.00 (result $71.00), but they wanted to apply the 35% discount (result $85.00 ) and since I don't have the newspaper, they make me go get the newspaper to my house (even though I asked them to take a photo from my house and I showed it to them). I arrived at the branch and they told me that the discount was well applied but an overprice of $170.00 or so and that with 45% they gave $85.00, but on the counter it said $130.00. THEY DO NOT RESPECT PRICES OR PROMOTIONS and the person in charge acted very AUTHENTIC.

There is a lack of training especially in customer service, sometimes it seems that they do not take you into account when you are there with the medications and there is also a lack of common sense and a sense of urgency in the majority of their Employees, in terms of prices if there are good offers.

The truth is that this pharmacy has disappointed me to very high levels and I will tell you why. I had gone with my family to buy some medicines that my mother needs. Upon arrival, everything was fine, very nice place and excellent quality service. However, when we bought the drug, we read the box and it said: "Mexican industry." How can this be possible? If the name says COLONIA it should all be Spanish products.
